Sandusky RegisterCity revamps recycling operationsSandusky RegisterClyde-based FSI Disposal president Duke Fultz and city commissioners recently came to terms on a five-year deal, calling for his hauling company to oversee recycling operations at First Street near Cedar Point and Marquette Street by Lions Park until 2019.
